ERPNext Developer / Programmer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer/Programmer to customise, develop, implement, and maintain ERPNext according to our company’s complete business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Customise and configure ERPNext modules, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
- Develop custom applications, scripts, integrations, and APIs using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- Analyse existing business processes and convert them into effective ERPNext solutions.
- Implement and customise Accounts, Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, and other ERP modules as required.
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party software, payment gateways, websites, and other business systems.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, upgrade, and maintain ERPNext installations.
- Work closely with management and accounts/finance teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, system performance, and proper documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ERPNext/Frappe development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and Frappe Framework.
- Strong practical understanding of Accounting and Finance, including ledgers, journal entries, receivables/payables, taxation, financial statements, and accounting workflows.
- Proven experience in ERPNext customisation and implementation, not just basic configuration.
- Ability to independently understand business requirements and customise the complete ERPNext system.
- Experience with ERPNext upgrades, integrations, reports, print formats, and workflow automation will be an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred: Candidates with a background in Accounting/Finance, Commerce, CA/ACCA/CMA, or equivalent practical experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
