- enerate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Handle customer enquiries and explain property/project details.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate with customers and support the booking/closure process.
- Maintain customer records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Site teams.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Provide regular sales and target reports to the Sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
