Job Summary
Cloud 9 Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates who are passionate about data analysis, reporting, and delivering business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable recommendations that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.
- Support business decisions through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
