Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tool Maker with hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding tools and mould maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for mould assembly, fitting, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of Plastic Injection Moulds.
- Assemble and dismantle injection mould tools as per engineering drawings.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulds.
- Identify and rectify mould-related issues such as flash, short moulding, mismatch, leakage, and dimensional defects.
- Perform fitting, polishing, grinding, and machining of mould components.
- Handle core, cavity, ejector system, slider, guide pillar, and other mould components.
- Operate conventional machines such as Milling, Surface Grinding, Lathe, and Drilling machines.
- Ensure proper alignment and functioning of mould components.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve mould-related production issues.
- Perform trial and troubleshooting of moulds after maintenance or modification.
- Maintain records of mould maintenance, breakdown, and modifications.
- Follow safety standards and maintain 5S practices in the Tool Room.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
