About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves identifying potential customers, managing outreach activities, conducting meetings, and converting qualified opportunities into business. The position is suited for candidates with prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition and who are comfortable working with targets and relationship-driven sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closure activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events and networking opportunities when required.
What We Look ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or related functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-through.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Exposure to technology, SaaS, recruitment, or AI-related products and services.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
How the Process Works
Selected applicants will complete a short AI interview that can be taken at a convenient time. The interview includes follow-up questions based on responses provided during the assessment. Every candidate receives a performance report after completion. Candidates who meet the requirements for the role may be shortlisted for further evaluation with the hiring team.
