Biowel Inc. is a leading distributor of diagnostic, laboratory, and healthcare solutions in Kerala. We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional to strengthen our finance team and ensure statutory compliance while supporting the company's continued growth.

Senior Accounts Executive – GST & Taxation
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, GST, Taxation, and Financial Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete accounting functions up to finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return, Reconciliation, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Perform GST reconciliations and resolve input tax credit (ITC) issues.
- Manage TDS deductions, return filing, corrections, and compliance.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP/Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST laws and taxation.
- Excellent understanding of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in finalization of accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com
- Additional certifications in GST or Taxation will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Accounts and Taxation.
- Experience in a trading, distribution, manufacturing, or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
