Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Teach core subjects including English, Mathematics, EVS, and other assigned subjects.
- Use innovative and child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning into classroom instruction.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication.
Classroom Management
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain discipline through positive behaviour management strategies.
- Establish classroom routines that promote responsibility and independence.
- Ensure students' safety and well-being at all times.
Student Assessment
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and behaviour.
- Prepare report cards and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Identify students requiring additional academic or emotional support and work with the relevant support team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) with Graduation/Post-Graduation in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/International school (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- CTET qualification is desirable (if applicable).
