We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our Non Voice Process who can deliver excellent customer experiences and build lasting relationships. What You’ll Do:-

Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot

Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards

Adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging conversations with patience
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

Basic computer skills and typing speed

Open to 6-month experience; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service preferred
