Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – West
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15 - ₹20 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or MBA (Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh.
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with OEMs and large industrial customers.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions and high-value deal closures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers and regional sales teams.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
