Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Approach and engage potential customers to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the management team.
- Present the company's services professionally and address client queries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Confident in communicating with clients and prospects.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
