Job Summary
A3G Lakhotia Educational Society is looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic Design & Video Editing Faculty member to train and mentor students in creative design, branding, digital content creation, and video production. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and studio-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Graphic Design and Video Editing concepts through practical and industry-oriented training.
- Train students in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
- Guide students in branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, motion graphics, and content creation.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, assignments, portfolio development, and project reviews.
- Assist students in developing industry-ready portfolios and creative thinking skills.
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, and digital media practices.
- Support academic planning, assessments, and student mentoring.
- Coordinate with management for events, exhibitions, and student showcases.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, reels, and digital content production.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage classrooms and motivate students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of industry and/or teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply.
