We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Executive to support our sales team in driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role blends sales support, data management, account coordination, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution across the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, pipeline transparency, and consistent reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams on quote generation, proposal preparation, order processing, and timely follow-ups on leads, renewals, and customer requests.
Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking to drive operational efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare comprehensive dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and key metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Serve as a primary contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication, relationship management, and prompt issue resolution.
Support Account Managers with renewal tracking, upselling opportunities, and customer satisfaction initiatives to strengthen client retention and growth.
Collaborate with the Finance team on invoicing, payment follow-ups, and financial accuracy in sales transactions.
Develop and maintain sales data, templates, and tools to standardize practices and improve sales consistency.
Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members, helping streamline processes to enhance productivity and the overall customer experience.
1-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or account management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills — able to work cross-functionally.
High attention to detail, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
