We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Office Administrator. This role involves calling job applicants, scheduling interviews, handling basic HR coordination, performing office administration tasks, and maintaining accurate records through data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Call candidates who apply for job openings.
- Screen candidates with basic interview questions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the hiring team.
- Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks and support office operations.
- Handle emails and other routine office communication.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Basic computer skills and internet knowledge.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
