Swastik Enterprises is a sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, tiles, faucets, and luxury bathroom solutions showroom in South Delhi. We deal with premium brands including ROCA and offer live bathroom and shower display experiences for customers, architects, and interior designers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern to help expand our customer base, strengthen relationships with architects and interior designers, and improve our online presence.
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in sales, marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve Google Business Profile
- Create and post Instagram and social media content
- Capture showroom photos and videos for marketing purposes
- Build databases of architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders
- Conduct outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Follow up with customer inquiries and quotations
- Maintain lead and customer records in Excel or Google Sheets
- Assist in planning showroom events and product demonstrations
- Research local market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with professionals
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Instagram, Canva, and social media platforms
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Interest in sales, marketing, architecture, interiors, or home improvement industry is a plus
