- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and follow up with candidates for joining.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
