The Global Operations Finance team is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to strengthen department performance through data-driven insights, analytics, and business intelligence, with a clear primary focus on Global Net Commodity Inflation (NCI) reporting. This role offers the opportunity to lead NCI reporting deliverables for a large global organization, partnering closely with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and decision-ready outputs, while also driving process efficiencies and elevating reporting through clear, impactful visualizations for leadership.
The position supports the Global Procurement Finance organization and reports directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A for Global Procurement Finance. You will own and coordinate key global reporting deliverables across financial cycles (monthly forecasting, quarterly close, and Annual Operating Plan), helping scope and improve end-to-end reporting processes to streamline effort and improve consistency. In addition, you will partner with cross-functional teams to enable system solutions and automation that improve data quality, reconciliation, and reporting speed.
Alongside core reporting ownership, you will support the Global NCI Planning Lead by maintaining and refreshing NCI assumptions and scenario outputs for approximately $33Bn of spend, delivering trend analysis across sectors, business units (BUs), and categories. You will also collaborate with the Mosaic Team to enhance the NCI Simulation Tool (PRISM) within TM1 through user testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvements, while contributing to performance management reporting, cause-of-change analysis, and productivity insights to help stakeholders understand key drivers and take action.
