Job Title: Real Estate Tele Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Real Estate Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, promote property projects, and generate site visits through effective tele-calling.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects
- Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and offers
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain call records and update client information in CRM/Excel
- Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead generation goals
- Handle customer queries professionally
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Tele-calling and lead generation experience
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects and terminology
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- CRM/Excel knowledge for data management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
