Role: L1 Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Having experience in PLC scada
- Perform routine health checks of the DRONA application, including functionality and control systems.
- Handle DRONA system monitoring, troubleshooting, and call resolution, covering both hardware and application issues.
- Maintain backup of PLC programs related to the DRONA MES system.
- Coordinate with the Central DRONA L2 Support Team for advanced issue resolution.
- Gather new requirements, concerns, change requests, and enhancement inputs from users.
- Ensure high application availability and optimal performance across all critical stations, including conducting GEMBA visits on the shop floor to understand issues firsthand.
- Create user awareness by demonstrating DRONA functionalities and ensuring smooth adoption.
- Manage new deployments, functional testing, and validation to meet evolving business needs.
