Role Summary
The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of Almiya Group, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, budgeting, taxation, payroll coordination, and financial reporting across all business divisions, including Solar, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Corporate Services. The role supports strategic decision-making by maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate audits with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Verify customer billing, vendor payments, and expense approvals.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Support project costing, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team while driving process improvements through ERP and accounting systems.

Qualifications
- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with relevant experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Engineering, EPC, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
