We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid, and senior-level roles within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels and functions
- Create engaging job descriptions and employer branding content
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain clear and timely candidate communication
- Track hiring progress, metrics, and recruitment reports
- Support onboarding documentation and basic HR compliance
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Naukri portals
- Strong screening and interview coordination abilities
- Good organizational & follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced FMCG environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹440,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
