Digital Workplace Engineer – Microsoft 365, Intune & Endpoint Management (m/f/d) - 100% Remote
Your Mission:
As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you will help create, operate and continuously improve a secure, modern and user-centric digital workplace for our international team. You will work hands-on with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID and endpoint management. Your work will ensure that colleagues can collaborate effectively, securely access company services and use reliable workplace devices—regardless of their location. Depending on your experience and strengths, you will focus primarily on endpoint management, Microsoft 365 collaboration services, or the strategic development of our Digital Workplace environment.
Your daily tasks:
· Manage and improve our Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive.
· Administer Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Entra ID device policies.
· Manage endpoint deployment, application installation, patching, compliance and security.
· Support Windows and macOS workplace devices throughout their lifecycle.
· Resolve escalated endpoint, collaboration and workplace-related IT issues.
· Maintain technical documentation and identify automation and service-improvement opportunities.
· Support employee onboarding, offboarding and adoption of digital workplace tools.
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field.
· Graduates from top-tier Indian universities, including IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani or comparable institutions, are preferred.
· Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Entra ID.
· Hand on Experience knowledge of Windows Endpoint Management, application deployment, patching and endpoint security.
· Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and OneDrive.
· PowerShell and/or Power Automate knowledge is an advantage.
· Strong problem-solving, documentation and service-oriented mindset.
· Excellent written and spoken English skills.
