Job Description: -Civil Quality Engineer (Dip/BE In Civil Engineer with 0-3 Year of experience in Solar Project)
Core Responsibilities: -
ü Candidate shall have Sound knowledge in Civil IS Code IS456 & Other Relevant Code for Civil Quality at Construction site.
ü Providing advice to ABG regarding technical problem encountered at site.
ü Monitoring of test carried out on soil, concrete, structure, and equipment at site.
ü Carried out the inspection and test as per approved FQP.
ü Monitoring of the quality of workmanship, materials and equipments use in the actual construction.
ü Proposing corrective actions to be taken in case of works that all not in line with approved design/ specification.
ü Review and advice regarding field changes desired by contractor.
ü Review and advice regarding site quality assurance and compliances.
ü Advice on safety aspects during construction and commissioning of the project & monitoring the contractor & sub-contractor safety efforts.
ü Interface and coordinate activities to monitor the plant testing from initial synchronization of the unit through all performance testing.
ü Knowledge about Mix Design, Source Approval, Test Report of Cement, Steel & Other Civil Material used in Construction Site.
ü Site Calibration, Establishment Lab Set Up and Testing of Raw Material and Concrete as per Mix Deign.
ü Quality Inspection of before and after execution with Measurement and alignment as per drawing.
ü Inward Material Quality inspection and Preparation of Inward material inspection report.
ü Kick off meeting with vendor for Field Quality Plan and Protocol Check List and inspection daily wise record of vendor
ü Theoretical and actual consumption, Batch report inspection
ü Maintain of Record like Cement, Cube, Curing, Royalty, Batch report, Test report, Calibration report & register etc.
ü Raise of Quality issue NC for Quality deviation and rectification in stipulated time frame. Penalty on vendor for NC/Major quality deviation at site.
ü Arranging weekly review meeting with contractor & sub-contractor regarding open points of quality deviation & share the action plan.
ü Sharing weekly quality progress report to ABG management.
