The Floor Manager at Oona The One plays a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless front-of-house
operations and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the brand's commitment to luxury and
excellence. The incumbent will lead floor staff, oversee operational efficiency, maintain impeccable
service standards, and act as the primary liaison between guests and the management team. This is a
leadership position demanding strong interpersonal acumen, operational expertise, and an unwavering
dedication to hospitality.
K E Y R O L E S & R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
A. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
▸ Supervise and manage daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and seamless fine dining
experience for all guests.
▸ Greet and interact with guests proactively, address concerns promptly, and ensure all service
touchpoints reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
▸ Systematically collect, document, and analyse guest feedback; implement corrective and
proactive measures to continuously elevate service quality.
▸ Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure product knowledge, menu
familiarity, and service delivery are consistently maintained.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
