Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software development practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and optimizing database models to support complex business logic and reporting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and performance tuning within SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to develop and maintain efficient data models that enhance application responsiveness and scalability.
- Familiarity with integrating SAP HANA solutions into broader enterprise architectures and workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
