Role Title: Merchandiser & Production Coordinator – Home Textiles
Company Overview:
Bright India Traders, located in Erode, Tamil Nadu, is a key supplier in government tender fulfillment, specializing in home and hotel textile products. We manage outsourced production processes and deliver quality goods to public sector clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate outsourced production of home and,hosiptal,hotel linens, including bed sheets, pillow covers, terry towels, honeycomb towels, and related items.
2. Source appropriate fabrics, ensuring accurate GSM, composition, and cost efficiency.
3. Manage sample development to meet client specifications and oversee quality standards.
4. Work closely with external stitching, printing, and finishing units to ensure timely production and delivery.
5. Oversee project timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and contract fulfillment.
6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and PSU clients to align on requirements and delivery expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the textile industry or a relevant textile qualification if fresher.
- Expertise in home/hotel/Hospital textiles production processes.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, GSM, and production coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Effective communication with production partners and clients.
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Working Hours: 10 AM to 8 PM
Salary: INR 18,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience.
