Experience : ( For Observer Post )
- Freshers are preferred.
- Pharm.D graduate with sound clinical knowledge and good communication skills.
- Should be willing to work in multidisciplinary patient care, medication safety, antimicrobial stewardship, and clinical documentation activities in a NABH-accredited hospital.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Review Medication Orders For Appropriateness, Interactions, Contraindications, And Dose Adjustments.
- Provide Drug Information And Therapeutic Recommendations To Healthcare Professionals.
- Support Antimicrobial Stewardship, Including Surgical Antimicrobial Prophylaxis Audits.
- Monitor Adrs And Medication Errors.
- Document Clinical Interventions.
- Assist In Medication Safety, Audits, NABH Compliance, And Departmental Education & Training.

- Clinical prescription review
- Drug information and evidence-based medicine knowledge
- ADR detection, reporting, and pharmacovigilance activities
- Medication safety practices and error reporting
- Antimicrobial stewardship support
- Ward rounds and patient counselling skills
- Good documentation and report writing skills
