Job Description
The role of a School Administrative Officer is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of educational institutions. Typical responsibilities may include:
1. Overseeing day-to-day administrative activities, including managing school records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating activities among staff and departments.
2. Ensure the school campus is kept neat daily, and coordinate with cleaning staff to maintain hygiene standards across all areas of the school. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance issues and address them promptly.
3. Serving as a liaison between faculty, parents, and students, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the educational process.
4. Assisting in budgeting, managing school funds, processing payments, and maintaining financial records to ensure it operates within its fiscal guidelines.
5. Ensuring that school policies and procedures are followed, and helping to create or revise policies as needed to meet the institution's goals.
6. Providing support to students in administrative matters, including enrollment processes, transcripts, and general inquiries, thereby enhancing the student experience.
7. Planning and organising school events, meetings, and activities, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
8. Ensuring that the school complies with local, state, and federal regulations and preparing reports as required by the school district or governing bodies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
