Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer (L2) to provide second level technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite/remote support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, email setup, and basic Active Directory tasks
- Log incidents, track resolutions, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Must have experience in International call.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in desktop or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
