Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Staff Nurses with exposure to ICU, General Ward, and Operation Theatre (OT). The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Eligibility
- Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ICU, Ward, or Operation Theatre.
- BLS/ACLS certification will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and patient care skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ICU, Ward, and OT.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate nursing records.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, surgeries, and emergency procedures.
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures and provide post-operative care.
- Ensure infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain OT instruments, equipment, and nursing supplies.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Required Skills
- Experience in ICU, Ward, and OT nursing.
- Knowledge of emergency patient management.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
- Good documentation and patient monitoring skills.
