Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Trainer to design, deliver, and record high-quality training sessions for our Full Stack Java course. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Record engaging and structured video lessons for the Full Stack Java curriculum.
- Teach core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and database concepts.
- Cover front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or Angular.
- Guide Content team to Design practical assignments, projects, quizzes, and coding exercises.
- Create learner-friendly explanations for both beginners and intermediate learners.
- Ensure course content is updated with current industry practices and tools.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js/Angular.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Maven/Gradle, and deployment concepts.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or recording technical courses is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development or training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
