Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive / Back Office Assistant to handle day-to-day data entry and office documentation work. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering quotation details, converting requirement slips into properly formatted sales orders, and managing regular back-office entries such as bank updates and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain customer quotation data in system/software.
- Convert manual requirement slips / rough notes into proper Sales Orders (SO) format.
- Perform daily data entry related to orders, invoices, and dispatch records.
- Update bank transactions, payment entries, and maintain financial records.
- Maintain accurate digital records of sales and office documents.
- Verify data for accuracy and report discrepancies if any.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts team for required updates.
- Handle other routine back-office administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.
- Ability to understand numbers, item codes, and product descriptions accurately.
- Organized, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
- Basic accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Tally / ERP / billing software preferred.
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers can apply (experienced candidates preferred)

Salary will be based on experience and skills.
