We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client communications through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Resolve client concerns and provide prompt support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth.
- Prepare reports, updates, and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain client records and communication history.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in client handling or sales is preferred.
