We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales operations across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online stores, product listings, marketplace accounts, digital promotions, inventory coordination, customer experience, and overall e-commerce growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of online retail, marketplace management, digital marketing, and business operations to drive revenue and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of online stores and marketplace accounts.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory updates.
- Monitor website performance and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
Marketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Optimize product visibility, rankings, and sales performance.
- Handle promotions, offers, discounts, and marketplace advertising campaigns.
Sales Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Identify new growth opportunities, product categories, and sales channels.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve business performance.
Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan online campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Support SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and profitability metrics.
- Generate regular reports and provide actionable business insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.
- Monitor product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Implement strategies to improve retention and repeat purchases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience managing e-commerce stores, marketplaces, or online retail operations.
- Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketplace advertising and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems.
- Experience launching and scaling product-based businesses online.
