About Position:
We are seeking a senior Oracle BCP Compliance professional to lead business continuity, resilience, and compliance initiatives during complex M&A integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs. This role focuses on ensuring continuity, security, and regulatory compliance across cloud and enterprise infrastructure environments while supporting high‑pressure transaction timelines.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support IT workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve‑out initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, and security domains

Conduct current‑state assessments of applications, hosting, networks, identity services, endpoints, data protection, and security operations
-
Perform IT due diligence to identify operational, architectural, security, compliance, and service continuity risks
-
Define Day 1 readiness, Day 100 priorities, and long‑term separation or integration roadmaps
-
Develop carve‑out, transition, and TSA plans including service dependencies, migration sequencing, and access controls
-
Partner with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure, security, legal, HR, and external advisors to align execution with deal objectives

Design and coordinate separation and integration of identity, networking, hosting, collaboration tools, endpoint management, backup, monitoring, and security operations
-
Evaluate cloud tenancy strategy, landing zones, workload migration approaches, and environment isolation requirements

Ensure security and compliance controls are embedded across the transaction lifecycle

Identify stranded costs, technical debt, licensing impacts, and operational gaps affecting transaction value

Prepare detailed plans, status reports, RAID logs, dependency maps, and executive‑level updates

Coordinate vendors, contracts, service transitions, and third‑party risk assessments

Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams and escalate issues proactively

Contribute to M&A and carve‑out playbooks, templates, and best practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
-
15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise transformation roles
-
Strong hands‑on experience with M&A integration, divestitures, and carve‑out programs
-
Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure including compute, storage, network, backup, monitoring, and service management
-
Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) including tenant separation and shared services architecture
-
Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains such as IAM, network security, endpoint protection, data security, logging, and incident response
-
Proven experience defining Day 1 readiness, TSA services, separation strategies, and post‑close integration roadmaps
-
Ability to rapidly assess environments, identify dependencies, and deliver execution plans under tight timelines
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive‑level reporting
-
Experience working in global, cross‑functional, and deadline‑driven environments
-
Proficiency in governance, documentation, and compliance reporting for large transformation or transaction programs
