e are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager – Life Insurance to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving partner integrations within the e-commerce ecosystem, ensuring seamless customer journeys across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, experience working with web aggregators/partners, and a good understanding of life insurance products and processes.
Partner Onboarding & Management
Drive onboarding of web aggregators and strategic partners onto the digital insurance ecosystem.
Collaborate with partners to enable smooth integration and deployment of life insurance products.
Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure optimal performance and growth.
Customer Journey Design
Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
Ensure a seamless, consistent, and intuitive user experience across all digital touchpoints.
System Integration & Coordination
Lead coordination between business, IT, and partner teams for system integration activities.
Define and implement API-based integrations for policy issuance, servicing, and tracking.
Ensure alignment of data flows and business processes across systems.
Policy Lifecycle Management
Enable smooth movement of policies across systems from proposal to issuance and servicing.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in policy processing workflows.
Product Development & Enhancement
Contribute to the design, launch, and continuous improvement of life insurance products within digital channels.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between business teams, technology teams, and external partners.
Work closely with underwriting, operations, compliance, and IT teams to ensure product readiness.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track key performance metrics (conversion rates, partner performance, customer experience).
Drive continuous improvements based on analytics and feedback.
