Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Lead Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality 3D designs and visualizations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, space visualization, and team coordination. You will collaborate with design, production, and client teams to deliver visually compelling and technically accurate designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 3D design projects from concept to final execution
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client requirements
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams
- Review and improve design quality, detailing, and visualization standards
- Ensure timely delivery of all design assignments
- Guide junior designers and provide creative direction
- Stay updated with latest design trends, software, and visualization techniques
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Blender, or similar software
- Expertise in rendering, lighting, texturing, and modeling
- Good understanding of interior/exterior visualization
- Strong creative and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Leadership and team management abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or related field
- Proven experience in 3D visualization and design leadership

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle client requirements independently
