Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic People Leadership & Operations Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design, workforce planning, and operational alignment. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth workflow execution, performance management, and policy compliance. Analyze operational metrics and workforce trends to propose data-driven HR solutions that enhance productivity. Develop talent acquisition strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing personnel across departments. 2. Business Development & Strategic Alignment Align people strategy directly with revenue goals, expansion plans, and overall business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional leadership to identify new operational opportunities, improve service delivery, and support client growth. Build strong internal and external professional networks to position the company as an employer of choice and key partner in the region. 3. Advanced Stakeholder & Employee Communication Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, department leads, and employees. Design clear, compelling internal communications, announcements, and presentations that align team members with company vision. Facilitate conflict resolution, lead sensitive negotiations, and champion an open, transparent organizational culture. Deliver persuasive presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients or partners as required. 4. Performance Management & Capability Building Drive annual performance review cycles, establishing clear KPIs and objective performance metrics. Identify skill gaps across business units and implement targeted learning and development programs. Foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and high performance across all levels. Key Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA/Post Graduate degree preferred). Experience: 3–6 years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, business development, or operational management. Operational Acumen: Strong working knowledge of business operations, management workflows, and corporate planning. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with absolute fluency in English; proficiency in Odia and Hindi is highly preferred. Interpersonal Mastery: Outstanding negotiation, active listening, and relationship-management capabilities. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to translate operational and HR data into actionable business strategies. Preferred Attributes Strong familiarity with the regional business landscape and talent ecosystem in Bhubaneswar and across Odisha. Proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
