Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of restaurants, banquets, and hotels.
- Supervise staff and ensure service quality.
- Handle guest complaints and improve guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Increase restaurant and banquet business.
- Coordinate with all departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily operational reports.

- Hotel Sera Food & Guest Services
· ✔ Experience: 5+ Years in Hotel/Restaurant Operations
✔ Strong Team Management & Guest Handling Skills
✔ Knowledge of Sales, Cost Control & Daily Operations
· Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000 + Incentives
