Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Software/Application Engineer (Python) with 2–3
years of experience in Python development, automation testing, and application support.
This role supports the full lifecycle of our Compliance and Enterprise Software, including
development, deployment, maintenance, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Python-based web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth projectdelivery.
- Review and debug application code, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Develop and execute automation test scripts and perform root cause analysis.
- Support system deployment, API integration, and CI/CD activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and change logs.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring high user satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of application frameworks.
- Experience with automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Selenium, or PyTest).
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API testing (Postman).
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments, Git, and version control workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail with focus on system reliability and quality assurance.
