Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager – Surat & Chembur
Qualification: MBA / MHA
Experience: Min 2 - 5 years in Hospital Operations
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Surat and Chembur Treatment Centres.
- Increase patient footfall, revenue, and support business development activities.
- Ensure smooth administration, staff discipline, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor patient feedback, cleanliness, safety, and legal compliance.
- Handle purchase requirements, consumables, and coordination with vendors.
- Maintain daily reports on patient flow, sales, and revenue.
- Coordinate with Head Office, local authorities, and internal teams.
- Plan and execute promotional and community outreach activities.
- Identify staff training needs and support team development.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospital operations and business development preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Fluency in local language is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel between Surat and Chembur Treatment Centres.
