- Night IPD Billing Staff
Prepare and manage IPD (In-Patient Department) billing for admitted patients.
Generate accurate patient bills including room charges, procedures, medicines, and investigations.
Coordinate with nursing stations, pharmacy, diagnostics, and doctors to collect billing information.
Verify insurance details, approvals, and billing documentation.
Ensure timely submission of bills for discharge patients.
Handle cash, card, and online payment collections as per hospital policy.
Resolve ECHS, CGHS, TPA billing discrepancies and patient queries related to charges.
Coordinate with TPA/insurance teams for cashless and reimbursement cases.
Maintain proper billing records and documentation in the hospital information system (HIS).
Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and audit requirements.
