1. Handle inbound and outbound calls and after sales communication
2. Accurately document call outcomes and customer feedback
3. Understand and explain service offerings to callers
4. provide clear and timely information to customers
5. identify potential sales opportunities or service leads
6. maintain call quality standards and a professional demeanor
7. coordinate with field engineers & technicians
8. provide clear, timely customer updates
