About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Creative Lead to drive the creative vision of our marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of designers, content creators, and creative professionals while ensuring high-quality brand communication across all marketing channels. This role requires strong leadership, client communication, campaign planning, and hands-on creative direction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership
- Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and content creators.
- Develop innovative creative concepts for digital campaigns, branding, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Review and approve designs, campaigns, and creative assets before final delivery.
Team Management
- Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth workflow within the creative department.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve creativity, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Client Communication & Meetings
- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, campaign goals, and feedback.
- Present creative ideas, campaign strategies, and design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team to ensure project clarity and timely execution.
- Handle revisions and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Marketing & Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Contribute to campaign planning, storytelling, and creative strategy development.
- Stay updated with market trends, design trends, and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong 3+ year experience in creative direction, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an advertising agency or marketing company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and brand work.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
