We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Demo Trainer (IELTS/PTE) to join our growing team. If you have a cross-functional background in English proficiency coaching and sales enablement, we want to talk to you!
Role Overview: At BandLadder, we are blending AI-integrated practice with top-tier live classes to revolutionize English proficiency exam prep. We need a hybrid professional who can deliver high-impact demo sessions and use consultative counseling to guide students toward enrollment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct High-Impact Demos: Deliver engaging IELTS and PTE demo sessions that showcase our platform's value.
- Consultative Counseling: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective students, understanding their study/work abroad goals and enrolling them in the right tier (ranging from our entry plans to our premium packages).
- Drive Conversions: Manage the end-to-end enrollment cycle from initial demo to successful onboarding.
- Deliver Results: Assess student performance, adjust teaching methods, and ensure they hit their target score bands.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IELTS/PTE/OET coaching alongside a proven track record in inside sales, business development, or consultative selling.
- Skillset: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for corporate-level upskilling and soft skills training.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRM tools for funnel tracking, lead management, and customer communication.
- Mindset: A results-driven professional who thrives on achieving both learning outcomes and business targets.
What We Offer:
- Scalable Base Pay: Starting at ₹200 per session. As you progress and demonstrate your impact, your per-session payout will grow alongside your role.
- Growing Incentives: Starting with a flat 5% commission on all successful student enrollments. Just like your base pay, your commission rate will scale up as you hit higher milestones!
