Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and visual storytelling, with experience in creating engaging digital and print creatives. Candidates with prior experience in a creative or advertising agency will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Design high-quality social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
● Create engaging Instagram posts, carousel designs, reel covers, and other social media assets.
● Design creatives for digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
● Develop brochures, posters, flyers, presentations, and other branding materials.
● Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create visually compelling campaigns.
● Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
● Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and graphics as required.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media best practices.
● Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
● Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
● 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
● Prior experience in a creative, branding, advertising, or digital marketing agency is preferred.
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles. ● Experience designing for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and print materials.
● Strong attention to detail with excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and marketing design projects is mandatory.
