You manage first impressions and showroom discipline. Every client interaction starts with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend walk-in clients professionally
- Understand basic client requirement and route them correctly
- Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in flow
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, displays, and ambience
- Handle calls, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Support sales and management with coordination
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, well-spoken, organised
- Prior front office or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to multitask calmly
