Hiring: Patient Experience Executive / Receptionist
We are looking for a smart, confident and compassionate receptionist to join our premium Orthopaedic & Regenerative Medicine Clinic.
Responsibilities: Welcome and coordinate patients Manage calls, appointments & WhatsApp enquiries Handle basic billing and front-desk operations Follow up with patients and leads through CRM Coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists Maintain excellent patient experience
Requirements: Good communication in English, Hindi & Marathi Pleasant personality and professional appearance Basic computer/CRM skills Prior healthcare/reception experience preferred
Location: PuneExperience: 1–4 years preferredSalary: Competitive + performance incentives
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
