Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1.5–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. You should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients over calls, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
- Attend direct client meetings and build long-term business relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and successful conversion of leads into clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or other tracking systems.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1.5–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, branding agency, or a similar marketing services agency.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, client pitching, direct meetings, and lead conversion.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is preferred.
