Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with 1.5 years of experience in sales and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for managing clients, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage client relationships effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a strong customer base.
