Role Objective
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. You will support senior architects in the conceptualization, drafting, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution, ensuring all drawings comply with local Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) or AUDA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and site layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
- 3D Visualization: Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for client presentations using SketchUp, V-Ray, or Enscape.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure design integration.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure work aligns with architectural drawings, and report any discrepancies.
- Compliance: Assist in preparing documentation for local building permits and ensuring designs adhere to Gujarat’s GDCR (General Development Control Regulations).
- Material Selection: Research and source sustainable materials, fixtures, and finishes suitable for local climatic conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a COA-recognized institution.
